Kaelly Cavoli holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of Sul de Minas in Pouso Alegre–MG (2016), where she presented a notable thesis entitled "Women 'Mules': A Study on the Instrumentalization of Women by Drug Trafficking in Latin America". Additionally, she holds a Master's degree in Language Sciences from the University of Vale do Sapucaí in Pouso Alegre–MG, with a dissertation: "The Discourse of Telephone Interceptions and the Construction of the Meaning of Penal Evidence".

As a research fellow by the Foundation for Research Support of the State of Minas Gerais (FAPEMIG), Kaelly delved deep into the study of Criminal Law. Currently, she is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the Brazilian School of Law. The founder also has a solid career as an educator. She was a full professor of subjects such as Legal Hermeneutics, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law (general part), Penal Practice, and Legal Argumentation at ASMEC Colleges in Ouro Fino and Pouso Alegre–MG (Union of Institutions of Services, Education, and Research Ltd. — UNIFESP). Kaelly Cavoli has worked as a lawyer in international trafficking cases in Asia and Europe, demonstrating global expertise in Criminal Law. She has extensive experience in crimes against life, with dozens of successful performances in jury trials, reinforcing her commitment to justice and client defense in delivering results. As a discourse analyst, Kaelly applies advanced techniques to build effective defenses. Additionally, she is the leader of a team that operates with strategy and high performance, ensuring excellent legal service and positive results for our clients.
